Is walking a spiritual exercise?

Look and listen to nature, so can may teach you.

Lots of people believe walking is a spiritual experience. Walking enables us to concentrate on our surroundings; and blank out the noise of everyday life. Sometimes our minds are filled with things that trouble us but the simple act of walking, enables nature to weave her magic. Nature is able to refresh and exhilarate us to our very core. The air around us goes deep into our pores and our organs and muscles spark into life. Soon, we begin to notice the little Robin hopping before us and the colours of the leaves, which dance around our feet.
